4. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure

CEOAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We only request access to the Gmail send scope (gmail.send) — we do not read, modify, or access your inbox, drafts, or any other email data.
  • Gmail API access is used solely to send emails that you explicitly compose and approve within the CEOAI platform.

  • We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of sending emails on your behalf.

We may use third-party services (such as Apollo.io for contact enrichment and Google Gemini for AI-powered research) to provide our core functionality. These services only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.
